Crit City Downtown Dolphin
Chose this one from the plan because a) it had "dolphin" in the title and b) the power graph was super pretty. I assume everyone chooses their workouts that way.
Really enjoyed this. Short, sharp, hard efforts with very little recovery. Could really feel the cumulative effect in my legs by lap 7. I could see the 275W sprint finish approaching and I nailed its ass :-)
