So good not to wake up tired for the first time in ages! (Covid cough has gone too, I noticed this morning.) 90 minutes steady. Couldn't have run any faster, but I don't need to, and after yesterday's 13 miles this was effectively mimicking that part of the marathon where it's starting to get hard and you hope you aren't going to hit the wall.
Still nice running weather, odd spit of rain in the air.
