Longest run for ages. Wasn’t sure if I’d make it above 10m so I’m very pleased to manage 12. It was a bit of a slog, especially after 8ish. Tried not to think about pace at all and just get it done. Perfect weather compared to earlier in the week - a bit cooler, breezy, bit of drizzle at times.
Foot was ok too
