Notes & Comments

A wee after work run. Decided to head down to loch just rather than from house. Lovely out, much cooler - 17C, and chilly in t-shirt to start. Still feeling tired in hips, quads, hams, the achilles starts tight but eases off, no pace in there at all, but hopefully will come back in a week or two. :-) G
