An hour in the gym which was great to get in. Had read PB magazine with a coffee for a bit, then S back in and said she wasn't ready until 12 or 1, so I had time. Good to stretch out. Foam roller, stretches, sit ups, plank, side planks, squats, lunges, eccentric heel drops (x 2 only), wobble board side raises, curls and presses (struggled with those at last), machine pull downs and chest press (down to 45 and still struggling). Felt better after than before! Hopefully finally shaken this cold off? :-) G
