Notes & Comments

Went to Sainsbury's to get Sodastream gas refill. Decided to stop at Loch Leven for a run, which was nice. Hot evening, for Scotland, so lovely! Still feeling very lethargic, even at slower paces, struggling with energy. But Achilles not too bad. Nice to see Russell B walking his dog. Guess he lives in the area. Good to get out again. Hopefully cold nearly gone now. So beautiful in this part of the world, Bennarty Ridge on the way out, and the Loch and Lomonds on way back. Gorgeous. :-) G
