Crikey, that was hard going. Felt so lethargic, almost sick with slightest effort. Slightly better by the end. Did 20 mins of stretching and foam roller first. So many tight bits and sore bits, but weird cos haven't been using legs much, surely?! Anyhoo, sure it will all improve. Nice to see Matt N and chat about his Cape Wrath multi day ultra. :-) G
