Assisted pull-ups using resistance bands, three sets of 8 reps (2 red + 1 black band*)
Also 8 eccentric reps — when you hold your body weight and then lower yourself down slowly.
Also a couple of non assisted attempts with Mr Ness supporting my knees. He thinks I'm very close to being able to do a couple of pull ups unaided!
[1 min rest between sets]
*Will reduce the level of band assistance next week.
