Too warm and muggy and a bit breezy
Punctuated by calls from driveway bod and Motorhome Man
Glad I’d not pushed to do a longer one, that was a slog with heavy legs and sore shoulder - good ultra training as spent the second half resisting the temptation to curl up in the long grass and go to sleep.
