Having wasted the morning such that there was no time for the longer run before an appointment, last minute decision to do a nasty 6 min assessment

Which I actually enjoyed, don’t think I tried hard enough and am satisfied with the pace for no prep and too short warm up

Might get a chance for a gentle run around later.

(Last one of these 26/12 got to 0.62miles (9.42 pace) this was paced better accelerating through rather than hanging on and dying)
