Bent Over BB Row: 8 * 50, 55, 60kg
Wide Grip Pull-ups: 3 * 8
Farmers Walk: 5 * 25m with 30kg dbs
Shrugs: 22kg dbs * 15; 14kg dbs * 20, 15: 10kg plates * 15, 20
(never really done shrugs before so playing about to get to what might work for 5 * 20 - more a problem with fatigue kicking in than the weights per se)
