Usual Monday workout but with extra sets of sets of fly press and shoulder press. All felt ok....

Deadlifts: warm up weights, then 55kg bar reps 8/8/8

Flypress 7kg dumbbells reps 15/15/15/15

Shoulder press 7kg dumbbells reps 15/15/15/15

Biceps curls with easy curl bar, 10kgs reps 15/15/15/15

Close grip bench press 7kg dumbbells reps 15/15/15/15

Palms facing bent over rows 10kg dumbbells reps 15/15/15/15

Hamstring curls (wearing 2kg ankle weights) reps 15/15/15/15

Also press ups at the end: 4 sets of 10 reps
