Body pump... Kept weights a bit lower for some exercises today so as not to overstrain leg muscles....
1. Warm up- straight bar (bar and plates=10kg)
2. Squats/legs- straight bar (bar and plates=10kg)
3. Chest- straight bar (bar and plates=10kgs)
4. Back/glutes/hamstrings- straight bar (bar and plates=10kg)
5. Arms/triceps- curl bar (bar and plates=8kg)
6. Arms/biceps- curl bar (bar and plates=8kg)
7. Legs/lunges- straight bar (bar and plates=10kg)
8. Shoulders/arms- just weight plates 2.5kg in each hand
9. Core- 2kg weight
10. Stretch and cool down
