Cycling? Shock horror....! I can see why you turned back around 8 miles!
Making the most of the decent cycling weather, or just giving your PF a break?
I had an appointment for a medical trial I'd 'forgotten' about. It was when I'd be setting out for a run so decided to cycle there and then continue out for a ride.
3M, I've been close by to that dead end road but not been down it, I wanted to explore to see if the sea bank was reasonable to run on. It is.
Important question: does the sea bank have blue circles along it's length?
Hopefully 3M, I've ran some of it and got them so I assume so.
