I had an appointment for a medical trial I'd 'forgotten' about. It was when I'd be setting out for a run so decided to cycle there and then continue out for a ride.

3M, I've been close by to that dead end road but not been down it, I wanted to explore to see if the sea bank was reasonable to run on. It is.
