Planned a 20 mile route with options to cut it short. Felt good, attempted to pick up the pace after 10 miles, had a fast last 2 miles.
In the last mile I was approaching closed level crossing gates and had to sprint to cross the road or wait several minutes. It did me in and I stopped running at 20 miles and walked the remainder.
