Notes & Comments

The Trafford 10k. I was a little bit concerned as I hadn't had much sleep the night before, but I knew I was pretty much on form. It was fairly cold, so not bad conditions, despite the wind sometimes being a bit trying, and the race is as perfectly flat as ever. Having most of my family along for the day definitely jigged me along, and I was elated to get a PB by a minute and a half. The organisation was perfect. A very good race.
