Ran/walked home from work. Ran more than I thought I would - probably because it was freezing. I think the ankle is settling okay. Although there are still sore spots when I extend to limits of joint range, or palpitate (to side of achilles, and front of foot), it doesn't feel too bad at all running. I'm pleased.
