Heavens to Betsy - it's another half marathon day.
Not quite. More like ultra training, keeping moving forward on puggled legs. Not that I intend to do an ultra.
Oops, you're right, I forgot that wee walk we did to keep us occupied before the race.
Leaving the ultra until next year, very sensible.
