Absolutely bloody brilliant run - physically and mentally.
Really slow going - hills and claggy mud and lots of heading down paths that ended up not being paths and having to thwack my way through the undergrowth
3 separate deer sightings - the first one was a stag and 13 does
And an owl
I should blog this one and I will if I have time.
Suffice to say I ran the whole thing with a massive grin on my face and feeling strong.
