Nice! You got some red bits 👍
I've never really taken any notice of the red bits, I thought it was heart rate rather then speed😆 still they come hand in hand I guess! I've got even more red bits today😁
Yes. It's for speed. They also correspond with the list of splits. Looks like you have to be around 9min mile or less to get red.
For me, I have to do something !like sub 8.30 to get the darker colours.
