1 mile warm up then 4x 400 m uphill, turnaround, 400 fast downhill, 1 minute recoveries and then repositioning, finally 1 mile cool down. It was just above freezing but the sun was out so it didn't feel that cold. Enjoyed the suffering 😛😅
