Training 15: 3x 8 min goal pace repeats
Same session as 2 weeks ago but with only 3:30 minutes recovery between reps. I ran the same distance (5.75 compared to 5.74 miles) but was 1:30 minutes faster. Last time, I added another 0.49 to end up with 6.23 which screwed a bit with the pace and HR averages. Garmin coach tells me I have room to grow even though my HR was lower this time at a higher pace, about 30 seconds per mile. Crazy app!
