So after a dreadful day or two with the really painful neck, I was absolutely delighted that I felt okay for this run. Then went a right cropper on my right ankle. Managed to finish a 'cut short' packrun, but it is swollen and slightly bruised and pretty sure it will ruin anything I have planned for the next few days, including Scarborough Rock FFS!
