Beautiful day, sunny but cold

Mud, all mud except for where it was still frosty and icy tarmac

There was a little jog break in most miles, but not enough to log as a run-walk, really however for 100 mile a month motivation purposes it’s a run-walk ( there isn’t a hike-jog-hike setting)
Enjoyed that glad I went now.
(Odd splits due to garmin/glove/jacket off and on interfaces)

There’s a flipping hole in the conquercise zones :(

Carried full L50 mandatory kit and poles, didn’t use poles, forgot about them
