I could have gone out to the countryside for this but, frankly, train unreliability, an extra hour in bed, and no desire whatsoever to spend 3 hours simply trudging through mud meant I decided to set out on a local route.
Didn't plan a route but I did have a "plan"
My aim was to run up and down as many hills as I possibly could.
Mission accomplished
Saw 3 cats - all aloof
I feel SO much better than I did when I set out. Stuck my new bluetooth headphones in for the last 90 minutes and listened to a podcast about the US Office and then random Spotify music.
No hills were harmed in the making of this run but several were hiked
