North Lakes Half Marathon. Head wind out, tail wind back. Aimed for "pleasantly hard" and enjoyed it a lot, didn't feel overcooked at any point. 30s/mile slower than in 2019.
HR trace looks plausible but I'm not convinced I was at 90%WHR for most of the run. Would have guessed 80-85% by RPE.
10th F50-59, 44th woman, 159th overall.

It's a very nice route, with good views of the hills if it's not overcast. Some of the small roads were thick with mud today.
