Fancied a 30 minute blast as a break from dull work
Had a whale of a time.
Plan was a little warm up then steady cadence
Will admit to enjoying staying just ahead of 2 German blokes then hanging out with another called F Schneider and then, at the end realising I could beat my 30 day PR on Fuego Flats Reverse if I kept the effort going
Knocked the best part of a minute off and got very sweaty
