Training 3: 1 mile Time Trial
Since the track was closed, I had to do the time trial on the road. Warm up for 2 miles, then 1 mile at about 7:00 pace, cool down. I managed to maintain just under 7 pace, finishing the mile in 6:57.3. it was quite hard so I needed a few minutes of walking after the mile. Later, I ran home from the Elsterwehr.
