Pec fly and reverse fly - 27kg 3 x 8 each way
Triceps - 30kg 3 x 8
Leg curls - 30kg 3 x 8
Adductor/abductor 20kg 3 x 8 each way
Alt biceps curl with 6kg dumbells 3 x 10 reps.
