This was supposed to be a 4:15 training run. However I cause Alice at the start of the second lap and ended up running quicker than I'd planned. A sub-4 was never realistic; I didn't feel lively and the weather wasn't great (winds, but tbh that wouldn't have stopped a sub-4 if I'd been on form).

As it happens, this ended up being a 4:04 when it more realistically would have been a 4:10 (i.e. a minute per lap slower over the first 6 laps).
