Well done for getting out, I took one look out of the window this morning & went back to bed🙂.

Ahh, well I have my booster jab tomorrow morning, and a ten miler planned for Sunday - so I went for it!

That is impressive then. Mr Ness had his booster yesterday. He has a slightly sore arm but otherwise has been ok. He was still able to do his weight training this afternoon. 🤞all is ok with you too.
