Y Club - only nice people there today!
5 minutes on the cross-trainer as a warm-up
Pec & reverse fly - 27kg; 3 sets of 10 pec; 1 set 10 and 2 sets of 8 reverse (these felt heavy!)
Chest press- 20kg - 3 sets of 12
Triceps machine - 23kg - 3 sets of 12
Free weights - 4kg - alt. biceps curls - 3 sets of 16
Calf raises - free standing & single leg, and then on step - 3 sets of 10 of each and on each leg (calf feels better for that)
Single leg deadlift with 6kg - 12 on each leg
