Saturn Theory of Runativity (Lee Valley): 03:50:57 Pos: 4/38

My 101st marathon distance and it produced my 15th fastest marathon. And I ran negative splits. I'll take that.

Once again my Garmin mucked up the distance today.

Started this at a steady pace but picked it up after the first lap and was holding it back and then occasionally pushing it until the last lap. By the last lap I was struggling in the last 3 miles and holding on.

I did however manage to get negative splits (1:55:45, 1:55:12).

Would like to crack the closing 5k of these races, where I have been struggling lately.
