Wasn't sure of the wisdom of this as I had an exercise-heavy weekend plus fell asleep just before the alarm went off so in a bit of a rush. Turns out getting up was the right thing to do
Warm up quiz
Jumping jacks and mountain climbers
Tabata 20/10 x 8 as usual on a song theme
Shoulder press with dumbell L/R
Bear crawl/spider press-up/crab/sideways ape (got bird poo on my hand
)
Burpees (walking for me as my back is still iffy) and bicep curls
Glute bridge with outstretched arms up to meet in the middle with light weights
Same in a held squat
Squats/press-ups
1/2 a set: side plank/mountain climbers/side plank/rev crunches
