Y Club. Today's session was:
5 minutes on the Concept 2 - didn't quite get to 1000m...
Weights - pec machine - 20kg, 3 sets of 12 each way; chest press; 20kg, 3 sets of 12; triceps 18kg, 2 sets of 12; 24 kg 1 set of 12. Free weights - alt. biceps curl - 3 sets of 16 with 4kg weights; single leg deadlift - 12 each side with 6kg weight; 15 squats with 6k weights; step lunges with 6kg weights, 15 each leg; glute bridge with leg raise - 15 each leg; single leg glute bridge, 15 each side.
