10st 1 1/2. Had 11 days off swimming so thought I'd be either really fresh and strong or completely out of practice. Turned out to be a bit of the latter. When I do my first proper swim as part of the 30 weeks I've got to do 12 x 100m so thought I ought to up the ante a little, so did 6 sets, followed by a drills break then another 2 sets. Pretty consistent really, apart from the fast one at the beginning., although slow compared to recent sessions. Perhaps I knew I was going to be doing more? Or just unfit? Again in drills substituted single arm pull for 6-1-6 where did one length left arm only then one length right arm only.
