10st 0 1/2. Decent first 400m. In drills substituted single arm pull for 6-1-6 where did one length left arm only then one length right arm only. Poor effort on 16 x 25m. Almost 2 seconds per length slower than last times average length times. Big difference between doing first length in 31 secs and doing a later one in 40! very inconsistent. Did I just not work hard enough or is yesterday's booster Covid jab anything to do with it? 2nd set of 8 x 25m no better either.
