Thanks Kerry. I’ll write a blog later, but it was hard! I’m feeling very sleepy, slightly nauseous and my left inner thigh is aching but everything else seems okay 🤞
Very chuffed to improve my pb by over an hour - if I hadn’t got the cold I think 4:15-4:30 could be achievable….

Also, it's very hard on your own so yes. I reckon you could get very close to if not under 4 hours. Come and do Chester next October- a real fetchfest! Now go have a pint and a soak in the bath x
