How you feeling now? Is it on for Saturday?
I'm good for 5km...and yes I'm hoping I'll be able to string it together for 26.2 miles on Saturday. It just feels like a big unknown now because I haven't had the taper I planned and it's so long since I ran a longer distance...so I'll aim to beat my Amsterdam time, but I won't worry about any other times/pace. I just want to enjoy it.
I'm sure you'll be fine. You've done plenty of miles just think of it as an extended taper and you are now really fresh!
