Well that was a bit better. I wanted to get 2 miles and I did that as well as running it a bit faster - back to regular pace more or less! Can I keep it up for 13.1 miles on Sunday? Still undecided but I've got more confidence that I'll be able to give the 26.2 miles the following weekend a good try now.
