Really struggling for mojo to get out after a frustrating work day. Felt better once I was out.
Took a tumble off stone style on way down through fields to trunce track - ended up in the nettles :(
Light fading so slow on off road sections from Trunce descent on.

End of Sept - easy recoveries and cold have seen mileage drop. Some decent runs though.
