Same route as yesterday but felt marginally easier. So much so I added 300m to take a bug out of my circle - which I had no inclination to do yesterday! And when I got home my throat wasn't sore either so things are definitely improving. Will I be okay for a half marathon on Sunday? We'll see. It's a small field so I can't hide!
