Sheffield half with Kate.
Really pleased with the time as aiming for 2:30.
I felt strong on the hills in the first half and loved the downhill, but really struggled in the last mile and had to walk a bit. The sun and not taking on enough liquid left me feeling hot and cold, and nauseous. I was glad to see the finish.
