Marathon postponed :-( Stuffed full of cold so it didn't make sense to try and run 26.2 miles today.
But I needed to pop to Tesco so thought I'd jog slowly and see what the likelihood of running the marathon tomorrow might be.

I sweated heaps, my throat was burning, and breathing was difficult. And that was just in the first 1km!
A) It confirmed that I definitely couldn't have run 26 miles today. B) I doubt I'll be running more than a mile tomorrow either.
A day on the sofa with the post marathon feast food (oops!!) and the TV I think!
