2. Good Mornings - 2x8 6kg DB - shoulders down, head neutral, slightly bent legs

3. Deadbugs - 3x 7 ES (each set until tired)
4. Chest press plus push 3x8 6kg
5. Spit squat with 9kg bar 2x8 ES
6. Windmill - 2x8 4kg DB ES (opposite foot straight turned out, keep same leg straight for stretch)
