ALMOST warm! Sporting breeze to take the edge off the heat. HR higher than I expected it to be and the trace doesn't suggest I was working harder into the wind or going uphill.
Verges on the trail sections have been cut back and I didn't get whipped legs.

The country lanes are nice for running on, but when it gets dark by 3pm I could do with pavements and streetlights.
