Just managed to get to club for 6:30 but by the time i'd parked the car they'd all f***ed off & Pat couldnt tell me which way they went .I had to guess & guessed wrong . To be fair though my ribs hurt so much on the 5k loop I struggled round , i'm sort of glad I didn't catch them up & have to do 6 or 7 miles
