Practising 10.50/10.55 race pace on flattish roadish surfaces
Harder than would like and a bit panicked about drop in mileage this week but I couldn’t justify running any further or any sooner post long run last sun and post teeth implants fri. Mouth very sore and can’t practise nutrition right now and havent eaten lunch although a good porridge breakfast and some milk drinks
So all told as good as it could be
