Tired legs raining at start, lost R and J within first few metres, really not feeling it, not wanting to use energy when I knew I had mikes to run this evening, so tootled along, till 3 tail riders came up to me, not impressed, but fairly soon before feed station, so stopped v briefly with loads of people still there. Eventually sun came out, felt a bit more positive…
