Notes & Comments

After three hours sleep followed by a 17 hour shift yesterday and a 90 minute drive home, today's run was never going to be anything spectacular. Crumpets for breakfast and pizza for lunch probably didn't help too much either! But I did a short one and it did feel good to be in the fresh air. I'm going to sleep well tonight though!
